How to request
a stairlift quote.
Tell us what you need. Our team reviews your request and looks for an installer who can assess your stairs and provide a quote.
Get a quoteAdd optional staircase photos.
Photos are optional. One from the bottom of the staircase and one showing any turn or landing can help explain the layout. Don’t include people, documents or details unrelated to the stairs. No climbing or measuring is needed.
Review and submit your request.
Check your answers and photos, then send your request to Melt Media Group, the operator of Hello Upstairs. Our team reviews it and contacts you using your preferred method. There is no fee to request help and no obligation to buy.
Installer assessment & final price.
We look for an installer for your project and identify the company before asking you to agree to an introduction. We may receive a referral fee. Availability varies and a request does not guarantee a quote or installation date. The installer confirms suitability, measurements and the final price. Hello Upstairs does not install stairlifts.

Photos, pricing, rentals and what happens to your request.
Can you give me an exact price from a photo?+
A photo helps explain your staircase and prepare the enquiry. A qualified installer still needs to confirm measurements, your requirements and the final installed price.
What if I’m helping a parent or someone else?+
You can start the enquiry on their behalf. Use your own contact details and only share home information and photos you have permission to provide.
Do I need to know which stairlift to buy?+
No. Start with the shape of your staircase, where the lift will go and when you need it. “I’m not sure” is always an option. The installer confirms the appropriate equipment.
Will you send my details to several companies?+
No. Melt Media Group reviews your request and contacts you about finding an installer. We identify the proposed installer and ask for your agreement before sharing your contact details or photos. We may receive a referral fee.
Can I explore refurbished or rental options?+
Yes. Include that preference in your enquiry. Availability varies by staircase, provider and location; installation and removal fees can affect the total cost.
